Futbalmania is a unique Slovak project in the field of sports. Through complex, long-term sustainable and regular activities, we create conditions for improving the image of football in the eyes of the public and the overall level of visits. The Futbalmania project is based on successful local Slovak projects, examples of good practice from abroad and several educational activities. The main goal is to create suitable conditions for long-term, sustainable and independent activities directly in the clubs even after the end of the project.
Futbalmania is a project we had worked on for about 2 years before its official launch. It is the largest project of this type in the field of sports in Slovakia. To launch it, we received significant support from the Erasmus+ program, as the first-ever applicant from Slovakia in history.
- · activities for the public (they are implemented directly by the football clubs of the Fortuna League in their communities and in their regions during the 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 seasons)
- · education (the goal of Futbalmania is not only to create activities during the duration of the project but to change the overall mindset and approach of clubs to their “customers” and the public)
