After last year’s successful tender for a major manufacturer and distributor of sunglasses and prescription frames, we were waiting for a premier realisation in the exhibition world. To begin with, it was nothing less than 350 square meters of exhibition space and the exposition of the main partner of the exhibition for the professional public Opta Brno 2018.
The exhibition stands for the SAFILO company met all the attributes of a modern exhibition space. For us, it was a challenge to try to overcome the quality of services provided by the previous supplier, who is, by the way, the Czech leader in the world of exhibitions. But we can probably say without false modesty that the implementations, based on the supplied visualisations, are quite easy for us and we are well-familiar with them 😉 The proposal for the size of a luxurious family house looked as follows: the space was dominated by a bar with a central chill-out zone for informal sitting, on the right side was a working area, providing the necessary privacy for successful business negotiations. Other spaces were then used for the presentation of seasonal novelties and a range of products from exclusive brands.
Since long-term e-mail communication was replaced by implementation, we started preparing custom-made atypical components of the stand and concentrated on picking up technical details. The production of four showcases made of high-gloss MDF material was another treat. These were also custom-made with more complicated specifications, with specially milled lighting for each shelf and a backlit background. To give you a closer idea, one such showcase with dimensions of 3*2 meters weighed almost 700 kilograms 🙂
Well, back to the point. According to our client, our first professional exhibition turned out to be excellent. The stand was one of the best at the exhibition, for which our subcontractors, who worked non-stop on the project for several days, and to whom we hereby thank, have a lot of credit. The complex implementation of the exhibition stand is therefore successfully behind us and our cooperation will continue in the future that is the best feedback for us 😉
