Teambuilding for approximately 30 people would be considered one of the smaller ones according to “standard proportions”. Some might even say that even the smallest ones. In our case, however, it was not a piece of cake, as it was a group of 33 foreign guests who had three days planned for a work-teambuilding program. The working part consisted of visiting the local branch office in Lučenec and we were entrusted with the fun part. 🤗

After the first contact and organisational calls, it looked like we would end up in the location of the High Tatras, but in the end “our” group anchored in another great location, namely Banská Štiavnica. This magical city is rightfully one of the top Slovak destinations, and we must admit that we feel here at home. We designed the program in such a way as to show the guests the best of the historical centre but also the nature of Štiavnické vrchy. All great things the region can offer. At the same time, we had to pay attention to the work schedule of the guests and the coordination of activities with the planned arrival and departure of the whole group.

Our guests arrived at the airport in Budapest, where not only a comfortable bus was waiting, but also our representative who welcomed the guests and handed over tasty lunch packages and other refreshments. After a short journey, the expedition arrived directly at the hotel, where after a short work workshop and a change of clothes, it immediately set off for the mining program. As usual, there was panning for gold, manual drilling directly in the mine or a mining quiz. After the end of the program and the return to the hotel, only free entertainment continued with a tasty dinner.

The second day was filled with first-class action. The early morning departure for the work program ended with a lunchtime return to the centre of Štiavnica. After agreeing with the weather 😀 a world-class e-bike tour around the area was already prepared, including an ascent to Kalvária or stops at several tajchs. After a few hours of busy time, a well-deserved reward followed in the form of a fantastic experience evening in a local TOP restaurant, followed by a visit with a tasting in a popular design bar.

On the third day, in most cases, it would have been just going home, but this time we took advantage of all the opportunities until the last moment. After breakfast at the hotel and check-out, a Treasure Hunt was prepared after many well-known and less well-known checkpoints of the historical centre, connected with solving various puzzles and riddles. An ideal program at the end of a really interesting teambuilding. 🤟
