With our motto “We don’t do boring conferences”, we successfully delivered another edition of the company’s nationwide senior management meeting, held in the beautiful surroundings of Šimák Castle in Pezinok. Building on our successful partnership, our goal was not only to ensure the smooth delivery of a dynamic conference programme, but also to organise the afternoon activities and evening party.
After an impressive welcome featuring a visually striking photo installation with miniature portraits of the participants in the courtyard, guests made their way into the conference hall. The event was hosted by an excellent in-house MC and featured a series of internal speakers, along with a bonus presentation by a guest expert. To reinforce the conference’s dynamic format, each speaker was assigned a specific topic, a short time slot and just one presentation slide. The presenters rose to the challenge with impressive creativity, helping create a genuinely friendly atmosphere in the Golden Hall and setting the perfect tone for the afternoon programme.
Following the conference and an excellent lunch, guests got into the spirit with a team quiz-building activity. This was followed by a more relaxed programme featuring a saxophonist, geocaching in the castle gardens, and services from a professional stylist, photographer and barber. Guests could also enjoy a rum tasting and a mobile casino, with the festivities continuing well into the night. The evening entertainment featured a DJ and an outstanding live event band, who got everyone on their feet and dancing in the castle’s Golden Hall.
Guests left happy and satisfied, having enjoyed an experience that combined professional development with team building. While conferences are traditionally a space for sharing professional know-how and exploring new business ideas, they don’t have to leave colleagues feeling exhausted or demotivated. Together, we achieved quite the opposite and proved that conferences can be anything but boring.
