We can’t start any other way, because this event was a real “hit” for us too. It was the first time we managed to entertain (and not disappoint) almost 70 participants in two immediately consecutive almost 90-minute online teambuilding sessions. Although, to tell the truth, it usually happens at every major event.
Each event is different, each one is special for us, we consciously and specifically prepare for every single one and we experience every single one differently. This one was again “thanks to the pandemic” absolutely different, completely atypical and that’s exactly what we enjoy about it. Although a few months from now, we would have found it hard to believe if someone told us that this December, we would be producing almost exclusively online teambuildings 😜
In coordination with a really great client, we allowed ourselves to call this event perhaps the longest name in our short history. Special Corona Edition: Xmas Fun Olympic Games. This name hid absolutely all possibilities and alternatives of online entertainment that we were able to create in our small team from the beginning of contact with the client. Actually, from the very beginning of the online executive 👨🏻💻👩💻
This event was a combination of the active part of the Fun Olympic Games with a knowledge-based Fun Quiz, a detective (search) guessing of a famous person through the Who is it!? clues, when we let all the teams work individually for a few minutes in separate Breakout rooms until Fun Olympic activities again and through Based on the client’s assignment in both groups, we got to the best individuals and the final shooting of this year’s crown teambuilding 🎯 2 stage Bingo quiz.
There it depended partly on luck, but largely and mainly on skills, when every individual was given the opportunity to shine. And sure enough, they shone 🎄
At our events, we always try to give the participants the opportunity for self-realization. If they are having fun, we are happy to play the role of statisticians, because there is no greater satisfaction than watching the team have fun with each other. And so, it was this time as well. We were in the role of spectators and enthusiastically watched how the participants entertained themselves and their other colleagues with their talent and skills in the finale of the event 🕺💃🎶🎤
Everyone won and it was great fun. One of the best online teambuildings we’ve had the chance to do so far. Congratulations Tesco – regardless of the results of the competitions, you have an absolutely great team! Thank you, it was a pleasure! 👏🥰
