In October, we tried our first cooperation with a new client of a famous name on the soccer field near Nováky. At the time, we had no idea that in a few weeks we would see each other again and this time in the “epicentre” of the event, directly on the premises of the company that supplies energy to our entire country. One thing led to another, and after a gentle task clarification, we got down to business with enthusiasm. It was nothing less than a ceremonial event for the commissioning of the 3rd unit of AE Mochovce, with a capacity for more than 1,000 people. 🥳
So, to speak, on a green meadow with an immediate view of the cooling chimneys, we and our partners devised, built up and furnished an oversized covered tent in a few days, the architecture of which not only had first-class event logic and professional services, but also respected the extraordinary safety rules corresponding to the venue. A quality space that you can rely on and in which during the festive afternoon not only famous names of the local music scene took turns, but at the same time almost fourteen hundred employees had fun and felt good. With above-standard meals in record time. 🏎🍽
The celebration of the launch of the 3rd block of the power plant started just after lunch, atmospherically and spectacularly, to the sound of the rhythmic tones of the best Slovak drum collective. After the opening speeches of the management and the board of directors, the excellent singer Anabela Mollová with the musical accompaniment of Markus Daniel caught the attention of all present. This was followed by thanks to all those who, with their persistent and conscientious work, contributed to the high-quality and responsible implementation of this important national project. The applause was long-lasting and appropriately spectacular, but the band Hrdza was already sharpening their instruments, which not only got everyone dancing, but also singing. A really difficult task, addressing a mass of people in the middle of the day exclusively with no alcohol, they performed grandiosely. High-quality organization, an emotional program and tasty catering in a pleasant atmosphere prevailed until the early evening hours and duly celebrated the successful opening of the 3rd block of AE Mochovce. ⚛️
We will not lie, we also enjoyed the technical and implementation part of this extraordinary event, even on the sides of our agency, and we are grateful for being able to take part on it. It has correctly been included in the first ranks of our event productions. The week-long preparations of the several-hour realization came to fruition 🌟 and even if those of us standing in the background do not get a standing ovation, the best evaluation is a satisfied client and delighted guests. 🤞
