Stadium choreography was waiting for us as a part of the League of Nations tournament. Before the extremely attractive and long-sold-out match of Slovakia versus Czech Republic in Trnava City Arena, we were challenged in the form of a complete production of full-stand choreography. Since we had previously performed choreography at national team matches at the MŠK Žilina stadium, we knew what we were getting into 🙂

After considering all the possible options, together with the client, we decided on the production of a new sector flag, with an area of 400 square meters, which we supplemented with a new flag for the fence with the inscription SLOVAKIA DO TOHO, on the background of the Slovak tricolour. We designed plastic strips on the sides of the sector flag and put into production white, blue and red clappers on the upper tribune, which were supposed to form the Slovak tricolour. And this is how it should have looked in the final.

We came to the stadium to prepare on the day of the match early in the morning, since the match started at 3:00 p.m. and in international matches it is necessary to have everything ready 2 hours before the match. We unfurled the sector flag, marked the top corners /since in the past it happened during our absence that it was pulled up upside down 🙈/, hung a new flag and threw cardboard all over the top of the tribune and started preparing the plastic strips, because that’s what was with no doubt the hardest and longest part of the implementation. We had 3 two-hundred-meter rolls 👍 available, which had to be cut evenly, stretched as much as possible, and glued to the bottom and top of the grandstand fence.

We managed everything and were waiting for the start of the match. Unfortunately, the visitors to the match did not understand the plastic strips that partially blocked their view of the field and, despite multiple warnings from the announcer, they tore them all off before the start of the match, so our intention and the whole visual didn’t turn out exactly as we imagined 😕 But honestly, it wasn’t a complete embarrassment, but look at the photos and judge for yourself. In the gallery, we also bring documentation from previous choreographies, which were also from the portfolio of our event agency ✌️
