Summer parties, sports days, summer corporate events… we all know it. In this case, the official name was the first version of the above. We have prepared a very pleasant summer afternoon for our new client in the environment of the Petržalka horse racetrack. Or rather, an afternoon that lasted until midnight. But zoom into the day step by step 🙂
The official start was announced at 14:00, but of course, everything was prepared an hour earlier. After parking in the reserved parking lot and accreditation (we welcomed almost 250 guests), a welcome drink or a small snack for a bite could not be missing. After a short official speech, individual activities, tournaments and accompanying programs began to take place gradually. As part of the sports program, at the beginning, the participants measured their strength in football, where in the final, even the jingle of the Champions League could not be missing 🙂
Badminton was a parallel tournament at the same time, where especially the female participants showed us great sports performances. The third tournament “to the game” was the volleyball championship, which was the most successful in terms of the number of players involved. However, the program was not only focused on sports, but another accompanying program was also prepared, primarily in the form of a photo corner with an instant photo printer, various inflatable attractions (zorb football or hamster ball) or smaller moderated competitions near the stage.
At this type of event, high-quality technical and inventory provision must not be missing – chillout sitting in beanbags is a proven classic, we added several gazebos or canopies of the gastro zone to hide from the June sun, and as a bonus, we also prepared the lighting of the trees with light chains for the evening part. This always creates a great atmosphere 🙂 However, an excellent DJ and finally tasty and refreshing catering took care of it.
The good mood continued at a relaxed level until the evening hours, when there was already a lot of dancing 🙂 Thank you for the very pleasant “summer” cooperation and we are already looking forward to other joint events. And of course, also in non-summer months!
