Nearly 200 participants from four countries, an international management conference, two exceptional evening programmes, and complete event production delivered by 4SPORTS media. This is how we could briefly describe one of our biggest events of spring 2026, which we organised for our client DHL Supply Chain in April in the stunning surroundings of Jasná.
The recently opened luxury Hotel Damian in the Low Tatras became the meeting place for senior DHL Supply Chain management from across Central and Eastern Europe for several days. Representatives from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary took part in a comprehensive conference programme covering business performance, the company’s strategic direction, innovation and the use of artificial intelligence in business.
Our role was to provide complete event organisation and production, from accommodation, catering and logistics to conference technical production, stage design, branding and the accompanying programme.
The conference hall was dominated by a 12 × 5-metre LED screen, complemented by additional LED elements, professional sound and lighting systems, and a 12 × 4-metre stage. A large production team was responsible for the technical delivery of the event, including more than 25 technical crew members.
Next important part of the conference was networking. On the very first evening, we organised an informal gathering featuring a live saxophone performance, a DJ, social games and an original networking bingo designed to help colleagues from different countries connect. Participants could also enjoy interactive activities, logic puzzles, a LEGO workshop and an unconventional photo installation created from the participants’ portraits.
Those looking to add something extra to their experience could also unwind in the hotel’s wellness facilities or enjoy outdoor activities led by professional mountain rescuers.
The highlight of the event was a gala evening themed Springtime Wonderland, combined with an awards ceremony recognising DHL Supply Chain’s highest-performing employees and teams.
An elegantly decorated ballroom, themed decorations, a performance by the legendary Slovak folk ensemble Lúčnica, traditional Slovak music, a live performance by Ivana Regešová and a party that followed created a truly unforgettable atmosphere. The evening also featured several additional activities, including creative slow-motion video experiences that gave participants a memorable keepsake from the event.
Behind the successful delivery of the event were months of preparation, meticulous planning, coordination of numerous suppliers and demanding technical production. This project once again demonstrated that organising an international corporate conference on a turnkey basis is about much more than a series of presentations. It creates opportunities to build new connections, share memorable experiences and enjoy an exceptional evening that stays with participants long after the event.
